3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.2. Payment Terms – Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

3.4. Cancellation Policy – You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the period already paid, unless otherwise indicated in the service description.

• In case of planned maintenance, users will be informed in advance.
• Important service modifications will be communicated to users as soon as possible.
  4.2. Intellectual Property – All content, features and elements of the platform are the intellectual property of BudgetLogicPro or our partners. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

5. Premium Services

5.1. Subscription – For our Advanced and Enterprise packages, specific subscription terms apply, communicated before subscription and which are binding.
5.2. Cancellation Terms – Cancellations of these packages can be made at any time, with effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.3. Feature Access – For certain advanced features, we reserve the right to limit access based on technical criteria or system capacity to ensure optimal performance.

6. Declarations and Warranties

6.1. Liability – BudgetLogicPro is only liable in case of intent or gross negligence on the part of our employees. We are not responsible for personal financial decisions made by users based on reports generated by the platform.
6.2. User Responsibility – Users are responsible for their own financial decisions and the use of information provided by the platform. Budget management and financial decisions are your own responsibility and must take into account your specific personal situation.

7. Service Usage and Data

7.1. Appropriate Use – The platform and its features must be used appropriately and in accordance with their intended purpose. You are responsible for any misuse of your account.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Client Satisfaction – BudgetLogicPro is committed to providing quality services. If you are not satisfied with our platform during the first 14 days following your subscription, contact us to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve any issues and can offer appropriate compensation.
9.2. Cancellation by BudgetLogicPro – In the event that we should interrupt the service for major technical reasons, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused period or offer a free extension at your choice.
9.3. Refund Processing – All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
9.4. Return Policy – BudgetLogicPro offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not entirely satisfied with our platform or the features offered, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription. This policy applies only to new users and their first subscription. For renewed subscriptions, refunds will be calculated pro-rata for unused days.
9.5. Dispute Resolution – All disputes regarding refunds will be resolved by professional mediation in accordance with Canadian law. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all user concerns.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Severability Clause – If certain provisions of these Terms of Service become or are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unchanged.
10.2. Applicable Law – These Terms of Service are governed by Canadian law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the headquarters of BudgetLogicPro in Canada, to the extent permitted by law.
